I'm a fan of Chef David Chang's Momofuku restaurant in the city, so when I saw this on Weee! I bought one. The sauce smelled fantastic and the gourmet noodles were delicious (the 11 gram protein per serving is a plus). It was not as salty as other instant noodles, because it was made with simple and quality ingredients. Less fillers and artificial flavorings. They are also good as a starch to a meat and/or vegetable dish such as Beef & Broccoli stir fry.
