Yummy kept ordering it
The fish on Weee is also quite good. Although it's frozen, it's thawed and the meat is excellent. I usually either steam it or cook it in a sweet and sour sauce.

I tried it as a stew and it was delicious! Personally, it tastes closer to mackerel (it's less oily than mackerel and tastes closer to the taste of grilling the leftovers from eating mackerel sashimi). I think I'll buy it again!

The fish I bought this time are huge! The innards were cleaned very well. They're delicious pan-fried! I'm stocking up while there's still a sale, so we can enjoy them slowly! My family, both adults and children, love them.

Satap sinigang
Cook the middle section in two parts, then braise it. Stew the head and tail sections in a soup made with goji berries, angelica root, and astragalus. It's worthwhile to buy it again.
