Palm sized promfrets. value for money. Have not cooked them still. Frozen for sure but the item was frozen and packaged in a cooler bag with ice packs.
First time having this fish but it is yummy extra crispy some little bones you can eat them if they are extra crispy.

Arrived frozen. It’s very clean and smelled fresh. It’s a must for sinigang esp with lots of tomatoes and onions. You can eat lots of rice and gulay ordered from weeee!
The middle section is braised, while the head and tail are stewed in a soup made with angelica, astragalus, and goji berries. (Taiwanese people like this.)
