These defrosted pretty well. Just threw some ponzu, olive oil, and furikake. The taste is nice and takes seasoning very well. Just make sure you drain and dry your tuna. Packaged with ice packs and as always beautifully.

This meal started when I saw lotus leaf wraps and sweet noodle sauce on a shopping website. My kids love to eat meat in the wraps. I thought I could order roast duck in the prepared food section on the same website, but I only saw roast chicken and no roast duck option… (I don’t want to bake it myself either) Lotus leaf wraps are frozen prepared food, so there is no need to thaw them first and then reheat them. Just microwave them in a frozen state for one minute and you can eat! (I opened the bag and put the wraps on a porcelain plate and then microwaved them, but I don’t think it’s necessary to cover them with wet kitchen towels to prevent the frozen lotus leaf wraps from being too soft after reheating) As for how to deal with the whole roast chicken? I just cut it in half (I was afraid of slipping when holding the whole chicken slices with one hand) and then slowly sliced them and arranged them on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil or baking paper (cold or warm roast chicken tastes a little worse, so it’s more delicious to re-roast it) Of course, it’s impossible to slice the whole roast chicken into slices like this, so you have to remove the bones and tear the chicken into shreds or cut them into small pieces while slicing the meat and store them in a fresh-keeping box. You can eat shredded chicken rice the next day.
