Sure, this is smoked salmon, just cut into chunks instead of slices. If you don't mind the appearance, you can buy it. I prefer it cut into smaller pieces, so it goes very well with avocado rice.
I received the goods and they seem pretty good. I'll put them in the freezer for now, and in a couple of days I plan to make a light meal with avocado.

I made poke. It had tuna, avocado, a little shrimp, and was topped with white sesame seeds. The seasoning was soy sauce, umami soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. I wondered if it would go well with smoked salmon... but it was delicious!

The big foodie enjoyed the salmon sashimi, which I thawed in the refrigerator for three hours before cooking—slicing it and serving it with soy sauce, vinegar, and wasabi ˶>ᗜ<˶ The little foodie enjoyed the steamed salmon, which I steamed for 5.5 minutes after boiling water, then let it cool slightly before eating with rice noodles.
