The topping is only on the surface, leaving the rest of the bread plain. The ratio of topping to bread is unbalanced, and the bread itself is hard and dry. Disappointing overall—I won’t be buying it again.

Bread was fresh and covered with plenty of pork floss. I don't personally like it when this bun is loaded with mayonnaise, but that's just personal preference. They scored the bun vertically and filled the crevice with mayo, so if that's your jam, you'll probably love this.
I forgot to put butter or something in the middle. I put a lot in the middle last time, but I didn't put any this time. The middle is dry.
