Is this really tasty..? I made boiled pork slices, but I was shocked by how strong the pork smell was. I felt sick even after eating it. ㅠㅠ I wondered if it would be better if I made it into Jajangmyeon, so I roasted it until crispy, rendered out the lard, and made Jajangmyeon, but there was still all sorts of unpleasant odors.. I don't think I'll ever buy this again.

The pork neck is really good. Very fresh, with distinct marbling. It has a bit too much fat, but it's not greasy at all, and the texture is crisp and chewy. I'll definitely buy it again!
The vacuum seal was broken when it arrived. The meat isn't frozen solid either, probably because of the hot weather. ㅠㅠ

if you have to get one meat for your next korean bbq night, pick THIS ONE! the fat crisps up and it has the best chew, but isn’t too fatty/unpleasant to chew at all! i marinate overnight in sesame oil, a splash of soy sauce or ponzu, and a ton of black pepper! SO GOOD!
It's good because it's vacuum-packed and it's a little thick so it's chewy.
