Please remember to remove the ice early, spread the meat out, add some sauce, massage and marinate it well. You can see it clearly in picture 2.3, it's beautiful. The red meat was not marinated at all.The meat quality is good and there is less fat. I will repurchase!
It’s pricey for the quantity. They looked good when not cooked yet but shrunk big time after they’ve been cooked . Hardly had meat . But we’re very tender , just the galby meat I expect with my “chew”
