I bought several packs, and I cook two packs each time. They're delicious whether served cold or boiled as shredded tofu, because this white shredded tofu tastes really good.

Summer is here, so try making a cold salad with celery – it's both healthy and delicious!
The dried bean curd strips are incredibly soft and tender, perfect for cold dishes. I've finally found the soft, tender dried bean curd strips I can only find in Taiwan. Before, I could only buy Gaobeidian dried bean curd strips at Oriental Supermarket—they were always dry and hard, but I didn't have any other options. I'm so happy to finally be able to buy Taiwanese dried bean curd strips!
I bought it again to make cold dried bean curd salad.
Not much, just the right amount. Perfect for adding extra ingredients to make a simplified version of braised shredded tofu. Very convenient.

Delicious and plentiful; tastes great whether served cold or braised.
Purchased on sale for $3.79. A must-have in the fridge: dried tofu strips! Enjoy a noodle substitute that's low-carb, high in protein, chewy texture, and not too strong in bean flavor. A regular purchase!
Fresh and tasty!
It's great for eating twice!!!
This is my first time buying it, I haven't tried it yet, but I'll give it a try.
Purchased at a discounted price of $3.79. The price has gone up; last year it was $3.79, but this year you have to rely on a sale to get it at this price. One pack can be divided into two servings, equivalent to $1.895 per serving. When you crave noodles for a late-night snack, dried tofu strips can replace noodles, offering a low-carb, high-protein option. Cut them into small pieces and serve with sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, shredded carrots, and shredded cucumber for a classic Taiwanese cold tofu strip salad. Alternatively, you can add curry sauce for curry noodles. The bean flavor is just right, not too strong. Made in Taiwan; I often buy multiple packs when it's on sale!
Mix in sesame oil, dried tofu strips, salt and pepper, celery, and carrots—a great partner for weight loss.
This is my first time buying it, but if it tastes good, I'll buy it again.

Eat tofu to supplement more protein!
came in good shape and good size bag. use for stir fry.
Conveniently, it can be delivered to your home without leaving the house
Use the cooking water to blanch the dried shreds, then pick them up and fry them with the vegetables. I wonder if the blanch time is not long enough? I tasted it after cooking it. The texture of the dried shreds is relatively hard and a bit chewy. In addition, the seasoning may need to be a little more. The dried shreds themselves are difficult to taste, and the portion in one package is quite large.
Tofu strips that are never cooked through are not tasty.
I buy from weee every week, hoping for big discounts and good stuff.
