The rib is 100% defrosted, not very happy with it. I suggested to my last reviewed for my scallops that I ordered has the same problem , the warehouse dept really need to take this seriously for this defrosting issues due to high heat in some states. As a customer I really thinking not to purchase any frozen items from Wee unless they changed how to pack frozen food, My first few times order from Wee do not have this defrost issues because the staffs were put extra ice packed, now they only put one ice pack with two frozen items in a paper bag plus Who knows how long the driver been driving around in order to deliver to the next designated place and no one knows, very disappointing again to receive fully defrosted meat. Hopefully it’s safe to eat!
