I bought this as I wanted to make a candied salmon belly, it turned out soo tasty. My kids loved it. But the skin still has a lot of scales, I did not enjoy removing the scales.
I bought it before, it was delicious, but it seemed to have shrunk a little since it weighed two pounds.
