This is a red bean paste product in a pull-tab package. It's a room-temperature product and retains whole red bean grains. It's not red bean paste, but it's sweet and delicious. It's very convenient for baking and making desserts. I used it to make sweet rice balls and red bean cakes.

Guangzhou Restaurant's red bean paste is better than Wang Zhihe's, mainly because its ingredients include oil and maltose. The filling is ready to use without further processing. Wang Zhihe's red bean paste only contains sugar and water, making it thinner and requiring additional oil and frying.
