I was deeply impressed by this noodle. First of all, the noodles are uniform in color and without any impurities. After cooking, the noodles are springy and non-sticky, while retaining a certain chewiness. Secondly, the noodles are cooked for a moderate amount of time, not too long to make them hard or too soft. Most importantly, the noodles taste very delicious, and they bring happiness whether eaten alone or paired with other ingredients

This is the second order of 4 packs for each order. We are so satisfied with this product- mixed it with the “bihon” noddles to make the Philippine bam-i. This is much better than the pre-packed miki (with bihon) that is dried.
