This is my first time buying grass-fed Angus beef. The quality of the meat looks good. After thawing, you can fry it directly and sprinkle some sea salt on it. The beef tastes good enough.

It's a thicker slice of meat, more substantial than a beef roll.
Pan-fry mushrooms in a little oil on both sides, then add water. Once the water boils, add the beef and cook until it changes color. Add seasonings to taste and enjoy!
