One of my favorite things to eat
Pan-fried bean curd sheets or those filled with shrimp paste are both delicious.
Bean buns, most appropriate, would be used as Taiwanese stir-fried pork
Bean curd sheets and king oyster mushrooms are delicious pan-fried together!
These fresh bean buns are really good; I've bought them many times!

After being out of stock for several weeks, it's finally back in stock, and in brand new packaging! Each bean bun is separated by a plastic sheet, which is a thoughtful upgrade. However, the bean buns do seem a bit thinner.
We tried different ways to cook it. Our favorite is to deep fry it until it's crispy.
The portion size is generous, I will continue to repurchase.
It's great for braising meat or adding to hot pot, unlike fried tofu skin which might cause breakouts. It's tender and delicious.
