It's hard to get the flavor right when making soft tofu stew at home, but if you cook it with Bukchang-dong soft tofu, it tastes just like the one you find in restaurants :) It's perfect if you add vegetables, eggs, and meat or seafood! I've repurchased this from wee several times! A must-have item for the refrigerator!
