I really like Japanese tofu skin. I only eat 2-3 pieces of tofu skin every time I eat tofu skin udon. When I saw this, I couldn't help but buy it to achieve tofu skin freedom. There are 2 small packages in a bag, 8 pieces in 1 package, and 16 pieces in total. It tastes really good in soup! However, this is a little sweeter than the tofu skin in udon noodles, because it is mainly used to wrap sushi.
