I always use buy Hormel’s Spam Lite. It’s a lot healthier than the regular spam, but it tastes exactly the same. I love how versatile spam is. I can pretty much add it into anything. I add it in noodles, barbecue, hot pot, etc. It’s fully cooked and just needs to be taken out and cut up, so it’s pretty much ready to eat. I buy several cans at a time and just like to keep it in the pantry for whenever is the next time I’d cook it.

Another healthy version of Spam, it is suitable for people like me who don’t want to eat too salty. The taste is not inferior to the original one.

This tastes like bacon. My family is split on spam fans. Half of them love spam, the other half hate it. This was perfect for both. Slicing the bacon spam into thick stripes and cooking them gave a crunchy bacon shell with a consistent texture (no grizzly fatty bits). We are already planning our next buy to make bacon spam musubi!

The bacon-flavored Spam and the Filipino-flavored Spam were both my first time eating them. They were equally delicious, and they both make me a regular purchase in the future.

The first time I bought this flavor, I felt it was a bit salty! But sauteing cauliflower can add some flavor!
