If it wasn’t obvious, we love Ube. Ube Champorado was alright. I didn’t follow the directions because I wanted a more “Made from scratch” taste. I did half hot water and half evaporated milk and just a little spoon of condensed milk. I would purchase again for a quick on the go craving.

-There’s a faint indented line that is use to measure the amount of water added. The directions on the item mention to not microwave, so just add hot water…I didn’t boil water, I ran hot water through my coffee maker, but adding hot tap-water seems like the easiest option. Leave the lid on slightly, or take it off regardless place something on top of the lid to trap heat for about 5-minutes. Personally, I like to cover for a bit longer then I let it sit in the refrigerator for awhile. I like to add coconut jelly as well. -There are 2-servings per container 170 calories- per serving There’s about 340 calories per container
