Just heated up to 30 seconds and ready to eat. Super yummy! The packaging was just different from what is in the picture. It’s in a resealable pack and seems smaller than what is shown in the pictures so I am not sure if they are have fewer ube pandesal.

Sweet ube steamed bun with a ube custard-like filling. These are a staple in our home. Easy to prepare, best steamed (I usually do them in a stovetop steamer). More like a after dinner treat than dinner though

this is not too sweet! you just need to thaw it out and throw in the microwave for 1 min --- as easy as that.

Ok but I thought I ordered real pandesal not mix
The instructions said use cold water to dissolve the yeast. Everyone knows yeast won’t grow on cold. It should be warm but I followed the instructions & the bread did not rise. My pandesal was so flat! Good thing I bought 2 packs. I’ll try again on the other pack but do not follow cold water. ALWAYS USE WARM WATER for yeast. That’s the General rule.
