Look at the black moulds on it. Look there is one black mould growing inside too. And I have also tasted the batter. It is sour and has gone stale. And has a disgusting smell after opening it.

not happy with the taste too salty but I'm a picky eater I never had it before just wanted to give it a try I added cinnamon to the mix because I didn't like the smell of the batter and when I tried batter, it was spicy and salty. Don't plan repurchasing

This dosa batter came in dry ice packed foil bag. It has a best use date for ensuring timely consumption of this food. There is a brief direction for using the batter for making dosa. Followed the dieection and was able to make dosa. Tastes good.
