Small, suitable for microwave oven. I broke it open and tasted it after three minutes. It was crunchy and dry. It should be more glutinous if cooked. The sweetness is appropriate.

This sweet potato is quite sweet. It can be cooked in the air fryer at 350F for 25 minutes. It is convenient and delicious.
