I had it with toast. Maybe because I had high expectations, the matcha flavor was less than I expected, and it tasted like a lightly flavored green berry bread... I don't think I'll be ordering it again.
I put it in mochi and ate it. It was delicious.
I was not sure what to expect but this tasted so smooth and not too sweet. It has a subtle matcha taste and not too buttery. I got this for free from a promotion and find the price a bit expensive. But definitely worth a try!
Many people say that this matcha sauce is difficult to spread evenly! The tip is to scoop a tablespoon of it on the toast, put it in the oven and press the toast mode. That’s it!
