I normally get my product early in the morning before 9am. Today unfortunately my delivery was late and did not arrived until til 3:15pm. The frozen package was NOT Sealed and the frozen dumplings and the 4.5lbs of pan fried dumplings were defrosted. I’ve never had any issues ordering frozen products from Weee until today

The cooking instructions are not for 生煎包, they are for regular steamed buns. The results were terrible, with the skins melted, unlike the steamed buns that I’m used to. I tried following the cooking instructions I found in YouTube for other 生煎包, and the results were even worse. While the bottoms were browned and hardened (like a 生煎包), the rest of the skins were again melted, making them non edible. I wish I could return them, or just toss them away! Never will I purchase any products from this brand - yes, it’s that bad, disappointing, it ruined our holiday meals, big time!
