Nishiki Cooking Direction:
When Mixing Nishiki Multi-Grain with Nishiki White Rice:
1. Combine 1.5cups Nishiki White Rice and 1/4cup Nishiki Seven Grain Mix Rice in a medium saucepan.
2. Add 2-1/2 cups of water, and gently mix.
3. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
4. When ready, bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.
5. Cover and simmer for 25minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
6. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes.
7. Fluff and serve.
