Description

S&B FOODS INC. manufactured Japan's first curry powder in 1923,which was the masterpiece and has long been a Japanese favorite.S&B ORIENTAL CURRY POWDER is specially formulated using S&B'stradition and expertise in spices. It is the centerpiece of the flavor ofS&B GOLDEN CURRY

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, Vegetable oils(Palm oil, Rapeseed oil), Salt, Curry powder,Sugar, Monosodium glutamate, Caramelcolor, Pepper, Malic acid, Chili pepper,Garlic, Disodium guanylate, Disodiuminosinate, Celery seed, Mustard.

 

Suggestion of Ingredients (12 Servings)

Beef (or Chicken, Lamb, Shrimp): 2 lbs

Onions: 2 lbs

Carrots: 9 oz

Potatoes: 10 oz

*All ingredients are desirably chopped.

Cooking oil: 2 tbsp  Water: 5 US cups (1200 ml)  S&B GOLDEN CURRY: 1 box

"For half pack cooking (6 servings):Use half amountof ingredients with 2 3/4 cups (660 ml) water.

Directions
1. Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.

2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 min.

3. Turn the heat off, break S&B GOLDEN CURRY into pieces and add them to the skillet, Stir untilcurry mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx. 5 min, stirring constantly.

4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
