Talassa Breaded Butterfly Shrimp, frozen, Farm raised in Ecuador, processed in China.

Please keep frozen, remove from package and cook from frozen.

Cooking Instructions:

• Pan Fry:

1. Preheat 1/2 inch of cooking oil in a skillet to 350°F (180°C)
2. Fry shrimp for 2.5 to 3 minutes, turning frequently

• Deep Fry:

1. Preheat fryer to 350°F (180°C)
2. Fill the fryer basket to not more than half full
3. Fry shrimp for 2.5 to 3 minutes
