I’ve purchased this Flat Beans many times. My favorite way to cook it, is curried. It arrived frozen, packed in ice as usual. Weee does an excellent job in packaging frozen and cold storage items. Upon opening the bags of beans…it is green and fresh. Here it’s prepared in my favorite way, curried with potatoes, onions, garlic and ginger paste, tomatoes, coconut milk, and masala spices. It’s served with paratha; can be served with steamed rice, or anyway preferred. Meal was delicious and healthy. Will definitely be repurchasing as needed.👍👍👍👍👍👍
