My grandma used to make this out of scratch! I miss it so much! The place we go for dim sum not usually have them, so I’ve been buying frozen ones for years. And I have to say, It is 8/10! Don’t be shy on the oil, I cooked from frozen form, 5 mins each side, mid heat, turned out perfect & yummy!
