Tasted good! Plum flavor is not strong but still good.
Not sure if it is good.
Will use it for marinade chicken or pork
this kind of beancurd is not pungent enough for the usual savory dishes, but instead lends itself to sweets. like a caramel miso plum wine sauce for cakes or puddings, the trendy fusion menu writes itself. the taro and aged wine flavors are best but not yet available on weee
I especially like to use it to mix noodles, as seasoning, and to make tofu skin.
The taste of this one is different from others, this is my first time to try it

this seems to be the most plain flavor of sweet beancurd. prefer plum and the other varieties. and again the bottle is half dregs and brine rather than actual curd, a worse problem with more recent batches
