So impressed! The first pic shows how the item arrives and the second is how it looks after cooking the noodles and heating up the soup. I added egg and green onions. This is a restaurant-quality bowl of Dan Dan Noodles/Tan Tan Mein! The soup is rich and not too oily or salty. The noodles are nice and chewy. It’s a very generous portion that could easily make two smaller but still very filling meals. I only ordered one this time so I could try it, but I think I’ll order more next time, divide them up and keep them freezer. So convenient for times when I’m not up for cooking. It’s listed as “mild” but I would say that it’s more “mild to medium” in terms of spice level. At a few points while consuming the yummy soup, my lips were burning, but it wasn’t too bad.
