I had a craving for takoyaki for the first time in a while, so I bought two.

The yellow sweet potatoes I bought last time were not very chewy. This time I changed to a different variety, but they still don’t seem very sweet.

I quickly bought some Kewpie mayonnaise because it was on sale.

It's delicious after being baked in an air fryer with a cream sauce. It's not really thick, but it's still delicious.
