I love this rice so much. It it from the area where I grew up in Japan. Makes me feel like I’m back home because of that. The rice cooks very nicely and it is very high in quality.

I don't eat soy sauce by itself, but I use it as a dressing or seasoning, and there is no difference. I am very grateful to be able to use Japanese soy sauce in America.

I didn't know which American flour was closest to the Japanese flour, so I bought some. It was great for fried chicken, stew, cookies, etc.

It's a Japanese seasoning. I find it useful because it's not available at my local supermarket.

They changed to plastic bottle!!! I like glass bottle more… i hope taste is same..
