Using this spicy hot pot seasoning to make crayfish is simply perfect

DELICIOUS! The numbing spice is so nice. Not too salty. I added bok choy, scallion, and tofu. there was enough seasoning to flavor all of it. Note that I already ate quite a bit before snapping picture haha.
