My husband is used to using chicken essence, so I specifically asked him to buy it. I usually don’t use it much when cooking, but I will add chicken broth when necessary.

I was honestly surprised at how thin this Korean pancake looked straight out of the package—it didn’t seem like it had any filling at all. But once I placed it on the pan (tip: cook it on low heat or it’ll burn quickly like mine almost did), the magic started. As it cooked, it began to puff up, turn golden brown, and develop a light crisp on both sides. After a few careful flips, it transformed into a savory, crunchy, and sweet-filled pancake that was so satisfying. Don’t underestimate it—just be patient and keep that heat low!

I ground up tofu and made kongguksu (noodles with soybean paste) ㅎㅎ

The quality is just ok, not very fresh. The skin already had some wrinkles.
