After buying it, I entered the honeymoon period and made a lot of delicious food! It won't crack if you use gas directly, and the quality is pretty good! I made Lao Cantonese clay pot rice and braised pork, which are very small portions, good for two people or one person! (The clay pot rice was eaten by me alone, and two people ate clay pot rice, so we had to get another pot)

I grew up with these little tube herbal condiments, but I had never seen this minced lemon. I’m excited to try this on fried chicken and fish!
