I didn’t expect that this guys would be this large, so that was a good surprise. They don’t tore apart easily and for beginners like me this is a good start to make fresh rolls. Add your topics and roll them for a quick snack or lunch. Love it!

The grains are quite coarse, but I've been able to use it for everything, including battering fried chicken and thickening sauces, without any issues. When the product arrived, the outer bag was pretty powdery (lol).

Would definitely buy more for next hot pot. Maybe not the spicy flavor but even then the flavor brought along with the haidilao broth mix was great

The pickled mustard greens have been shredded and the seasoning is a bit heavy. You need to wash off some of the saltiness before using it, otherwise it will be too salty.
