These thin skinned gyoza have the perfect wrapper to meat ratio and steam/fry/boil easily. Simple enough to prepare for a quick meal. I also love adding these to ramen for a heartier dish.

I am brand new to the world of air frying and wanted to experiment with different kinds of tofu. I coated the cubes in panko crumbs and Ajinomoto crispy fry mix and they are not bad. I might blend the panko into finer crumbs next time.
