The chili is not too spicy and is fresh.
This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

The cilantro here does not disappoint, this is my second time buying it and honestly it has lasted me over a week fresh.
It contained 20 large, meaty Shishamo fish! It's so easy to make in an air fryer, it's really helpful!
Cheap but delicious, fried with chili sauce

What a beautiful Papaya.. The other day I was in Safeway and wanted to buy a papaya. They were $1.99 a pound. That papaya would probably have cost me over $10., couldn’t afford that..
