The large intestine is really good. It looks clean. That is the amount in one pack. I made motsunabe with it and it was so delicious. I blanched it slightly before using it.
I made beef tripe rice bowl and it was delicious!
I baked it in the air fryer once (just until lightly browned) and then pan-fried it again, and it turned out perfectly crispy!! It doesn't smell, so it's great—no need to buy it! For the sauce, just adding garlic and chili peppers to soy sauce makes it the real deal. It was my first time making it, but I think anyone can do it based on how well I did lol.
The large intestine has no gamey smell and tastes good.
