Very good quality
The seeds are large, not hard, and fresh, cut into good sizes and frozen, so I can put them directly into miso soup or other soups, or thaw them by pouring a little hot water over them and mix them with natto, which is very convenient.
This is better than fresh okra because all the pieces are good, and makes cooking super easy. The taste is good too.
This is my first time buying it; I'm using it to go with natto.
It's chopped up and can be stir-fried directly, it's alright.

I absolutely love bitter melons, all varieties. It’s fresh, green and young, as it should be. Here it’s prepared with masala and eddoes. Very yummy and delicious. It can be served with steamed rice or roti, or just as it is…this is the way I like to enjoy it.
