The front says "arrow root starch," and the ingredients list is "kudzu flour." After checking, I found these two things are different: the former is called "cornstarch," while the latter is kudzu root. Looking at previous reviews, I realized the product has changed!

The cassava starch powder is very good, pure, and doesn't have a strong powdery smell. I've bought it many times.
