    This is pretty good but I prefer the Wei Chuan ones better. This one has a lightly sweet, five spice taste. The bread is also very soft. Give them a try!

    This is by far the best bbq bao I’ve tasted. The dough is slightly sweet, soft, and very fluffy, as well as having a fresh homemade taste if that makes any sense. In other words, the dough doesn’t taste like paper like many other brands. The bbq meat is also excellent! It’s not “candy” sweet, which I feel many other brands do. The meat has a slightly sweet aftertaste but it’s mainly a savory note, which is what I prefer. I steamed these and didn’t try to microwave it, but I personally feel steaming baos are better than microwaving. These will be on my list of ordering again!
