Have to wash this couple of times to remove the saltiness and cook with a little of ginger, garlic and onions with thai basil to mask the smell and boil in an apple cider vinegar with a tablespoon of sugar and voila the choosy husband is now a bagoong lover hehe

this flavor of hopia( buko pandan) is the best variety flavor of all the Engbeetin hopia’s. i tried mongo, and ube, but this one is the way to go. as if you are eating the buko pandan fruit salad. very creamy and very satisfying
