Very disappointed. After marinating for a day and cooking on the grill the little bit of meat on the bone was tough. These were extremely fatty and tough. I’ll go back to purchasing them from Costco so I can see what I’m receiving beforehand.

I guess I didn't check the capacity. I was surprised because it was so big. I just seasoned the beef and chicken and grilled it. It wasn't too spicy or too salty, and it was just right! I was worried that the seasoning would burn, so I added a little bit of water and grilled it. I didn't have time to marinate it for a long time, so I grilled it right after adding the seasoning for about 15 minutes, and it was still well seasoned and delicious!
