Just added sweet potato noodles/dangmyun, green onions & black pepper. There's a lot of solidified fat but easy to skim off for a lighter tasting broth. A good one-person, quick meal option to have in the fridge.

PK products you can trust! I enjoyed the regular Galbitang, and the Spicy Green Onion Galbitang certainly didn't disappoint. Here is my personal tip for enjoying it even more... 1. Thaw it slightly before boiling to remove the white lumps (fat). 2. Add vegetables such as green onions, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Keep a few bags in the freezer; it makes for a great quick meal when you're in a hurry.
