I added glutinous rice flour and fried it into purple sweet potato glutinous rice cakes or made it into purple sweet potato bread. This is my first time buying it and the effect is good. I will continue to buy it.

I don’t know who came up with frozen yams, but they’re really awesome! Just “open the fridge – put in the pot – eat immediately”, no more messy purple yams to grate. Today we cooked yam soup, the whole family finished eating… thinking that mom’s hands were tired from grating. Who would have thought: “The fridge is done!” Love it!
