It's so delicious!!! This time, I only ordered sirloin without belly fat, but it was so oily, rich, and delicious. I ordered sweet shrimp and sea urchin together and had a sashimi party at home. There was not a single fishy smell and it was so delicious.

The fat was evenly distributed, with a slightly sweet flavor. One fish is enough for one person, enough for three meals, paired with champagne or sake – a great deal. I'll definitely buy it again when it's on sale!

It's too much trouble to clean it. But it's good because you can eat the sashimi and belly meat. It was delicious and good considering that cleaning the bones/skin was a hassle and hard part.
