Perfect for a summer day! Nice cold appetizer! I like the crunchy bean topping for this konjac noodle. Konjac itself is very low/almost zero calorie and good source of fiber! The product came with a dry seasoning packet, a vinegar packet, and chili oil packet. It is nice that you can adjust those seasonings. I actually didn’t use those seasonings and used black vinegar, sesame oil, and chili crisp that I had at home.

The online picture is misleading! Very small portion. So very expensive for about $12 plus tax. Bought two and maybe just enough for my son. Delivered after dinner time so will try sometime tomorrow. Hope they are good. For the price and the portion less likely to repurchase.Also this food prepared at houston, we are at north dallas so not sure it’s daily freshly. No packing date and time.

I always used other rice noodle mixes, but I tried this one this time. It doesn't leave as much of a smell in the house, and best of all, it's simple to use, and my child loves it. I removed the cilantro from the dried vegetable packet before adding it.

I added plenty of bean sprouts, beef, pickled onions, and cilantro and had a delicious meal. It's convenient because the base soup powder, toppings, and soup mix are all included inside. I added the base powder, brought it to a rolling boil, cooked the beef and bean sprouts, and set them aside. Then I added the noodles and soup mix, boiled it, and topped it with the bean sprouts and cilantro. It was delicious! It's also tasty if you squeeze in some lime or lemon juice or drizzle with Sriracha sauce.
