Perfect for a summer day! Nice cold appetizer! I like the crunchy bean topping for this konjac noodle. Konjac itself is very low/almost zero calorie and good source of fiber! The product came with a dry seasoning packet, a vinegar packet, and chili oil packet. It is nice that you can adjust those seasonings. I actually didn’t use those seasonings and used black vinegar, sesame oil, and chili crisp that I had at home.
Very vinegar, but if you like that taste, it’s up to you. The chickpea balls were very crunchy but good.
I saw this food many times on FB reels but never have chance to eat. I’m happy Weee has it. I hope it suits my taste

Refreshing konjac cold noodles in the summer

Very chewy, I should have cooked it a little more but other than that definitely not bad, it did take on the flavor i added to the pan so it was very tasty. Next time I might cut the noodles so they aren't so long.
It definitely doesn't taste like real noodles, but it's alright in a soup with a thick sauce.

I made like a stir fry with them. they taste good I just did not expect that texture don't expect them to be soft or act like regular noodles they're more dense . but it was very filling and I think I added too many textures but overall they don't really have a flavor as long as you wash them really thoroughly and whatever you season them with is what they taste like.
