It says "dried sardines," but it's actually dried baby sardines (chirimenjako). I wasn't sure how much 200g of chirimenjako was, but even after making furikake (rice seasoning) with daikon radish leaves, sesame oil, and chopped sesame seeds, it seemed like there was hardly any left! I bought the finest-cut sardines, and I really love them!
